Implication of augmented reality
Thinking in deep for the technology and implication of augmented reality, the AR virtual transmission can be divided into 3 stages:
1. Picture-> like google street view
2. Real time movement/ animation-> one side, the user receive the vision of somewhere
3. Interactive-> while the user can receive the vision of somewhere, the virtual image of the user is also transmitted to the area
Keeping this technology in mind and looking at three program-travel, work and social interaction, some society and changes will happen:
For travel, people can decide to travel any time any moment in second. They don't need to apply leave from office or affected by weather and season. -> Eventually, travel agency, hotel, flight, car, oil price will all decrease. There will be no danger and they don't need to buy insurance. Family and friends, elderly and disabled can all go together. New policy will need to established to define public and private place that only public space are allowed for AR travel.
For work, people can mostly work at home and they don't need to go meeting by travel oversea. -> Eventually office will decrease and again the transportation will decrease
For social, nowadays many people live oversea and back home every year. With AR technology, they can back home anytime. People can just stay at oversea and just transfer their image back home. For instance, during new year, every family member transfer their image to home and they can have party together. It implicates they don't need to physically travel back all the time. And elderly or disable people can visit their friends and family very easy as well.
These can be done say by establish a AR phone company. Like when people deal they can choose to see the image of other side, and if the other side also accept they can transmit their body image to there.
The good thing is they don't need to move and become very convenient. The bad thing is they don't have a real physical life since the AR technology in our definition can only see and hear.

Thinking into a more future when AR can be applied anywhere and become a AR city,
the following function in a city can be physically eliminated:
bank, museum, entertainment, church, shopping, hotel, school, office.
the following function in a city can be physically decreased:
restaurant, flight, car, parking
the following function in a city can be physically keep:
hospital, house, funeral, prison, game and sports, small stores (mostly only things like teeth brush or soap etc, since people only need one set of simple plain furniture and cloth in life time that they can change their look by glass) and AR repair shop.
If that is the case, all the function remain: hospital, house, funeral, prison, small stores and AR repair shop can be build in one building. People can be born, study, work and die in the same building. If they commit crime, their glass will be disconnected so their home will turn into a prison (the reality plain white room). The only function outdoor is game and sports facilities. People can play all kinds of crazy AR game outside. There maybe few restaurant since people can create the mood by their glass. People can save the tips and restaurant can save the rent by only provide delivery. May have few planes at the city edge (with the AR technology airport is minimized into a gate show in storyboard 4)
The good thing about the AR city is the cost is very little since not much physical things have to be built while all human needs are satisfied. No pollution, high living standard and very safe.
The bad thing is people can easily become physically separated. And without the glass=no life.

After the mid term, one of the biggest critic is to understand better between implication VS application.
What will happen the technology is being used by every people?
How the society may changed?
Will the government implement new law?
If the technology starts, where will it take place first?

What happen if the price of the technology become extremely cheap in the future that every commodity can be applied? When may it happen?
For instance, what happen if every car is installed GPS-> a immediate chain effect is insurance company can increase the bill automatically everytime the car speeding.
