Who will use it first? The rich, corporate or public?
What happen if the price of the technology become extremely cheap in the future that every commodity can be applied? When may it happen?

For instance, what happen if every car is installed GPS-> a immediate chain effect is insurance company can increase the bill automatically everytime the car speeding.
What happen if every child is installed GPS->government will implement new law and new society group will set up rule about ethic value
